Delays caused by missing information may delay project completion.
4. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payments are due according to the selected plan.
Subscription services renew automatically until canceled.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Setup fees, when applicable, are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Refund Policy
Because our services involve custom work, software configuration, and implementation, payments are generally non-refundable once services have started.
Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion.
6. Website Services
For website projects:
Clients retain ownership of their business content.
We may use third-party software, hosting providers, or integrations.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers.
Ongoing maintenance is only included if specified in the service agreement.

Optimization services are performed in accordance with publicly available Google guidelines.
We cannot guarantee:
Rankings
Listing placement
Profile verification
Review visibility
Suspension prevention

8. Review Automation Services

Clients agree to:
Obtain any required customer consent before messaging.

Internal systems, templates, automations, software, workflows, and proprietary processes remain the property of FixGen.
Clients may not reproduce or resell proprietary systems without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixGen shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruption
Loss of data
Loss of rankings
Loss of reviews
Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
14. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the applicable service agreement.
Outstanding balances remain due after termination.
